How does billing work?
Home Defense Plan is billed quarterly on a predictable schedule, separate from your visit dates — so you always know what’s coming and when, regardless of exactly when we’re on-site.
What’s the difference between Home Defense Plan and Plan+?
Plan+ includes everything in the standard plan, plus full-season mosquito and tick treatment for your yard, bundled at a lower cost than booking it on its own.
Can I upgrade to Plan+ later?
Yes. If you start on the Home Defense Plan and decide you want mosquito & tick protection added, just give Scott a call and we’ll add it to your existing plan.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contract lock-in. We earn your business one visit at a time.
Do I need a pest control plan if I have not seen any pests yet?
